We treat our residents like family

My mother moved into Clarence Court beginning of March. The care is why my mother is there. All staff, nursing and carers have been professional, friendly, caring and kind to her. The most important element in my world. She is even eating way better as she is enjoying the food. Activities staff are very good with residents too.

People had appropriate care plans in place which guided staff on how they needed to be supported. People, and their relatives where appropriate, were involved in reviewing care plans to make sure they were accurate.

I love that my room is big and has lots of wardrobe space for my clothes!

Our dad entered Bon Accord Care Home in September 2022, eleven days before his 100th birthday. They pulled out all the stops and baked a wonderful cake for him along with putting up banners and balloons.
